Giorno Otto

We were lucky enough to have a kind missionary translate all our meetings using a headset. It was so neat to see the members in this ward. It was comforting and felt homey to hear the primary children singing, to see the centerpiece in Relief Society and to hear about the up and coming ward activities. I know that the church is a worldwide church and you hear about the missionaries being called all over; but to just show up at this small ward in Italy and see them striving, growing, and trying to improve as a ward is such a testimony builder. There are members everywhere that are doing the same things that I do back in the United States. I felt such a unifying feeling among God's children. Singing in Italian was probably the most challenging; simultaneously reading, pronouncing, and trying to stay on beat is quite a little challenge. A challenge I was up to though! It was a wonderful experience.
